With 12 years on the road I expected FarEye to help but their ETA updates were often off by hours, which made me miss dock windows and sit idle while recieivers closed. Their automated dispatch double-booked me once, and the proof-of-delivery siginature failed to save so I fought with support for days and lost about $450 in detention fees plus a week waiting on payment. Support was slow and the dashboard is clunky so it cost me time and a lot of frustration.
