Prime Dispatch Services has been a good fit for my three-truck operation after 15 years on the road. Their load sourcing and broker follow-up wroked really well, kept our trucks moving and saved me hours on the paperwrok each week. They could be clearer on rate breakdowns sometimes and response times on weekends need work.
