I run three trucks and have 18 years in the business. iDispatch does a solid job finding loads and managing broker calls, but their rate negotiation is hit or miss and response times can be slow, so I still verify details before accepting a load.
After 18 years running three trucks I appreciate that Prime Dispatch finds decent loads quickly and keeps brokers responsive, which cut my empty miles. Their billing and rate communication is hit or miss and I had to chase unpaid settlements more than once.
