I dispatch 60 trucks and after 18 years this platform has been a disappointment. The ETA updates were often inaccurate and the automated dispatch sent loads to wrong drivers, which cost us hours of admin work and detention fees. We switched back to manual calls for critical loads, the system added more frustration than time saved.
