Shipsy gives carriers real-time load updates and proof of delvery on a single dashboard, which makes it easier to coordinate with shippers and plan pickups. Route execution and exception handling work well, I can see reroutes and missed appointments quicly so I can decide whether to accept changes. My only gripe is the mobile app can be a bit slow sometimes, but the desktop dashboard is solid.
