Roadie makes pickup and drop-off scheduling easy, and the app is straightforward to use. Real-time tracking and photo proof of delivery cut down on follow-up calls and keep customers happy. Sometimes load details are light and I have to call for clarification, but communication is fast and it helps fill gaps in the schedule.
