OptimoRoute's real-time route updates and driver assignment tools work really well for keeping runs on track. It made dispatching simpler and gave clearer ETAs, so there is less back-and-forth with drivers.

Roadie makes it easy to pick up short notice and scheduled deliveries with real-time tracking and clear proof of delivery. The app is straightforward and the delivery status updates cut down phone tag with shippers. Sometimes load matches are inconsistent and support can be slow, but it fills gaps in last-mile work so I give it four stars.
