Roadie is useful for filling short local runs and the live tracking and proof of delivery features save time when reconciling shipments. The app is straightforward for drivers and dispatch to monitor status updates in real time. It can be frustrating that job details are inconsistent and pickups sometimes do not match the listing. Communication about assignments and payment is often unclear, which makes planning drivers and schedules harder.
