Roadie's real-time tracking and proof of delivery features worked well, providing clear visibility into shipments and faster resolution of exceptions. The driver matching for on-demand and scheduled deliveries is reliable, and the interface makes dispatch coordination straightforward. Pricing and payment timing could be clearer.
