Shipsy provides useful real-time delivery visibility and the proof of delivery updates are reliable, which helps coordinate drivers and reduce paperwork. However the carrier mobile app can be slow and prone to errors during checkpoint scans, and integrating with our back office systems required more manual work than expected. Support responds when contacted, but feature requests and integration fixes take time to be implemented.
