Roadie makes it easy to plug last-mile runs into our schedule, the real-time tracking and proof of delivery are reliable and cut down on customer calls. The interface is clean and assigning runs is faster than the old process. Driver availability can be inconsistent in rural areas, but it has simplified dispatch and helped keep deliveries on time.

Real-time proof of delivery and status updates on the dashboard actually help keep drivers focused and cut down on needless calls. But the carrier onboarding and connectivity side is clunky, integrations fail at odd times and support is slow to resolve issues, so it can create more work than it saves.
