I'm a dispatcher and we use Shipsy to manage carrier communication and track deliveries in real time. The real-time tracking and proof of delivery photo capture worked well, cutting down the number of calls to drivers and speeding up billing. Exception alerts help us catch issues earlier, though the interface can be slow when loading many shipments.
