Prime Dispatch Services finds loads and handles the paperwork well, which saved me admin time and kept both trucks on the road. Their fees are high and rate negotiation is inconsistent, so I sometimes take lower paying runs or wait on slow responses.
I'm a company-driver with 14 years experience and Prime Dispatch's broker negotiation regularly secured higher rates and better lanes, which boosted my weekly pay. Their real-time status updates cut down on paperwork and phone tags, letting me spend more time on the road.
Prime Dispatch Services has been solid for my two-truck setup, their broker negotiation and load sourcing got me better-paying loads and cut deadhead miles. The team handles follow-ups and paperwork so I spend more time driving and less on the phone. Sometimes response times lag on weekends, which is the main reason I'm giving four stars.
I've run dispatch for a 100-truck fleet for 28 years and Prime Dispatch Services impressed me with their rate negotiation. They pushed brokers for better pay and kept drivers loaded, which cut empty miles and lifted our margins. They also handled paperwork and status updates so my office could focus on exceptions.
