I manage a 14-truck fleet and have used iDispatch for about two years for load sourcing and rate negotiation. Their load confirmation process failed repeatedly, once leaving a truck waiting for a broker confirmation that never came, which produced a $900 detention charge and two missed loads costing roughly $2,400 in revenue plus about eight hours of admin time to fix schedules. Communication was slow and updates were often inaccurate, which increased my team's frustration and made planning unreliable. Teh dispatch notes were sometimes missing or incorrect.
