Shipsy improved how we handle carrier communication and load visibility. The real time tracking and proof of delivery features worked well, giving drivers a single place to update status and upload signatures and photos. The order orchestration and exception handling dashboard made it easier to see which loads needed attention and reduced the number of phone calls to our dispatch team.
