Mike Grant-Bogisich's review of Roadie
Roadie is a reliable platform for matching shipments to local drivers and handling last mile work. The real time tracking and clear proof of delivery reduce customer calls and make delivery status easy to share with dispatch. Driver matching is flexible and the app makes accepting and confirming trips straightforward, which helps when schedules change. Delivery notifications and reports integrate into our workflow and give drivers clear instructions at pickup and drop off. There are occasional quirks with billing and driver availability during busy periods, but support responds quickly and issues get resolved.
