Gorilla Safety offers an FMCSA compliant ELD that runs as an app on the driver's Apple or Android phone and connects wirelessly to the truck's ECM through its Prime8 device, which installs in about a minute. Drivers log hours of service with a few taps and photograph bills of lading, fuel receipts and delivery tickets, which the office or a DOT officer can view right away. It also covers eDVIR, a mechanic app, maintenance, alerts and accident investigation.
